Returns are accepted on items purchased on betastudios.com within 14 days of receipt. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by us.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Register your return online here.
2. Ensure items are unused, with price tags attached, and in their original packaging.
3. Remove or cover any old labels on the package.
4. Use the UPS label that was included with your package
5. Drop off your package at the nearest UPS access point or drop off location

RETURNS

Returns within Europe: Returns without an exchange cost 10 EUR when using our return label; this will be automatically deducted from your refund. Remember to include the packing slip that was included when you received the package.

Rest of the world: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should send to:

Once we have received and processed the returned items, you will receive a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.

Please note: For your own security, please keep your postal receipt until you have received your refund.

EXCHANGES

If you have requested an exchange, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible once we have received the returned item. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the exchange has been sent.

Please note: the exchange may be canceled if the item is out of stock. In that case, the return will be processed as a standard return, and the money will be refunded.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photos if necessary, so we can assist you as best as possible.
