Purchase and contract confirmation

Our webshop is accessible 24/7. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are processed on the following business day, or as soon as possible during busy periods.

A final and binding agreement between you and Beta Studios ApS has been concluded when your order has been accepted by Beta Studios ApS.

Beta Studios ApS will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been accepted and the shipping is underway. The order receipt received immediately after submitting the order does not constitute an order confirmation. You (the customer) must be over 18. If your not you should get permission from a parent or legal guardian before you shop.

Payment

Beta Studios ApS accepts Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay and Mastercard, The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

All prices are indicated in DKK and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included, unless the package is being send outside the EU. If you are a customer outside the EU (European Union), you are not subjected to Danish VAT (value added tax) and 20% of the price will automatically be deducted, when you choose your country at the payment checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sale tax) may be added to your order, depending on region and local custom duties. These charges are at the customer own expense.

The currency shown on the webshop may vary depending on your geographical location. This means that both product prices and delivery costs may be affected by your specific location and chosen delivery address.

Shipping

All shipments abroad are delivered by GLS and sent as an insured package.
Shipping rate in Europe:

• Cost: DKK 150 / est. 14 EUR
• Delivery is app. 2-5 working days

Shipping rate outside Europe (worldwide):

• Cost: DKK 200 / est. 27 EUR
• Delivery is app. 3-8 working days. days

Right of withdrawel, returns and exchanges

You may exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving your package, provided the item is in the same condition as when you received it. In other words, the item must be unused, except for being tried on for size/fit.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and you are liable for any damage that may occur during transit.

Important

It is important that all returns are processed through our returns and exchange portal. Please note that we cannot accept packages delivered to parcel shops or other pick-up points; returns must be sent directly to our address. For your own security, we strongly recommend obtaining a receipt as proof of postage.

If the item has decreased in value because it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, this will be reflected in your refund. The refund amount will be based on the item's current commercial value, which in some cases may mean you are only eligible for a partial refund or, in certain instances, no refund at all.

Upon cancellation of a purchase, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of being notified of your decision. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

You have a 24-month warranty on all items. Depending on the specific situation, this means you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or a price reduction.
Any claims regarding defects must be made within a "reasonable time" after the defect is discovered. A claim made within two months of discovery is always considered timely. If the claim is justified, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is returned in secure packaging.

Errors, availability, and legal info

In the event of a pricing error where the price is clearly incorrect or unreasonable, we are not obligated to fulfill the sale at the stated price, provided that you, as the customer, should have reasonably recognized the error.

Regarding delays, stock shortages, or sold-out items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and offer appropriate solutions, such as a full refund or assistance in finding an alternative product.

Beta Studios ApS shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with Danish law.
