1. GENEREL

www.Betastudios.dk is owned and run by Beta Studios ApS registered in Denmark, with the following address:

When you are shopping on our webshop, you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.

All the elements on the website are protected by copyright and are the property of Beta Studios ApS. Therefor, they can only be used with permission from Beta Studios ApS.

Downloading content from the website is only allowed for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep the copyright intact. Copying, republishing or distributing content from the website for public or commercial purposes is only allowed with permission from Beta Studios ApS.

Beta Studios ApS may change the prices without notification at any time, due to increased costs or as a result of the generel development in retail prices.

Any dispute involving Beta Studios ApS is subject to Danish law and statue.

2. CONTRACT CREATION AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

A final and binding agreement between you and Beta Studios ApS has been concluded when your order has been accepted by Beta Studios ApS.

Beta Studios ApS will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been accepted and the shipping is underway. The order receipt received immediately after submitting the order does not constitute an order confirmation.

You (the customer) must be over 18. If your not you should get permission from a parent or legal guardian before you shop.

3. PAYMENT / SHIPPING

Beta Studios ApS accepts Dankort, Visa, Mobilpay and Mastercard, The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

All prices are indicated in DKK and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included, unless the package is being send outside the EU.

All shipments abroad are delivered by GLS and sent as an insured package.

Shipping rate in Denmark: DKK 35,-. Delivery is app. 2-5 working days

Shipping rate in Europe: DKK 150,- (est. 14 EUR). Delivery is app. 2-5 working days.

Shipping rate outside Europe (worldwide): DKK 200,- (est. 27 EUR). Delivery is app. 3-8 working days. days.

4. NON EU CUSTOMERS

If you are a customer outside the EU (European Union), you are not subjected to Danish VAT (value added tax) and 20% of the price will automatically be deducted, when you choose your country at the payment checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sale tax) may be added to your order, depending on region and local custom duties. These charges are at the customer own expense.

5. LIABILITY

Beta Studios ApS can´t guarantee the accuracy of the information on the website and has no liability in case products are sold out.

In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail or telephone and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

Beta Studios ApS is entitled to change the content of the website at any time without prior notice. So we suggest you revise these terms and conditions whenever you use this site.

If the website links to a third party website, Beta Studios ApS makes no warranties for the content of the third party website. These links are made for you and for your convenience only, but it is at your own risk when you visit a third party website.

6. SECURITY

All purchases on Beta Studios ApS website are processed through an SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that Beta Studios ApS does not have access to your personal and billing information. All your personal information will be kept 100% confidential, and will never be handed over to any third party.
