OUR CASHMERE

Cashmere is at the heart of Beta Studios.

We work with cashmere for its rare balance of softness, warmth and lightness - a fibre that feels effortless to wear, yet exceptional in quality.

Our knitwear is crafted from OEKO-TEX® certified, Grade A cashmere, spun in Inner Mongolia, a region known for producing some of the world’s finest cashmere fibres. The extreme climate encourages the goats to develop an exceptionally soft, insulating undercoat, which becomes the foundation of the material we use.

Beta Studios cashmere is Grade A, made from fibres measuring 14 - 15 microns in diameter and 32 mm in length. It may sound technical, but the result is a rare combination of softness, strength and minimal pilling.

Cashmere is also naturally breathable and provides more warmth with less weight than traditional wool - making it a true wardrobe favourite across seasons.
