Returns

1. REFUNDS

Beta Studios ApS gladly accepts refunds and exchanges. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of the receipt. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don´t gurarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

4. COMPLAINTS
Should you have any complaints regarding missing, wrong or damages items, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or mail.
